Ordering By Mail: If you are more comfortable mailing in your order you can send a certified check payable to: Genesis Chairs, Inc., 307 E Screven St., Quitman, GA 31643. Before mailing your order to our office please verify your total is correct, including shipping. Please keep in mind, our order processing time begins after we receive your completed order form and payment, not from the day you mail it. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Certified Check, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. We are sorry, but we do not accept personal checks or CODs for online orders. No order can be shipped until the payment has been processed. Please note: If your credit card charges are declined, we will make every effort to contact you by phone or email. If charges are not accepted within three (3) days, you order will be cancelled.

Processing: Chair orders are shipped within 6 to 8 weeks. Comfort seating is shipped 7 to 14 days if purchased a la carte, otherwise chair order shipping times apply. This does not include weekends and major holidays. We strive for the quickest turnaround time possible after we have received your payment, however, during very busy times, processing may take an extra day or two. Any major delays will be posted on our site. We reserve the right to adjust shipping times without prior notice. Shipping problems are beyond our control once your package leaves our facility.
