Shipping: We ship via UPS Freight. Shipping charges are based on a flat rate fee for each product. Shipping Addresses: PLEASE double check your shipping address when ordering. If you enter the wrong address, it is your responsibility to make sure we have corrected it in our database by calling or emailing us as soon as possible. Shipments delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake are not our responsibility. Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. International Orders: At this time we are currently shipping only to addresses in the United States and Canada. Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If you are unavailable at the time the shipping carrier attempts delivery, you are responsible for rescheduling the delivery. If you do not claim your package or you refuse a shipment and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges associated with the reshipping of your package. Damaged Shipment: We are not liable for damages that occur in transit due to the handling of the shipping carrier or for uninsured shipments. You must submit damage claims directly to the shipping carrier. Return Policy: Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order. We will cover warranty of items covered under our limited lifetime warranty. Shipment of product back to our facilities will be at customer's expense. Covered warranty items will be shipped back to customer at our expense. Items not determined to be covered by our limited lifetime warranty includes, but is not limited to, abuse and neglect, foam grips, seat belts, straps, comfort seating, wooden or plastic parts. Items not covered under our limited lifetime warranty will be shipped back to consumer at consumer's expense for both replacement parts and shipping charges. NO CASH REFUNDS .
